Saturday, November 12th – 8:00am-12:00pm AND Sunday, November 13th – 1:00pm-5:00pm
As they say…it takes a village! We Need You!
One of GAP’s main focus’ this year is the beautification of not only the inside of our wonderful school, but also the outside.
We need parent, student, teacher and community volunteers to attend one or both days so that we can come together and take this year’s first steps to making our entire campus (Pre School through High School, in and around all athletic fields, all roadways, entrance, common areas, etc) a welcoming place to come to every day for our students, teachers, parents and prospective families.
We have been blessed with the following donations:
* 2 Dump Truck Loads of Brown Mulch courtesy of the Olson Family
* Transportation provided by Oconee Sand & Gravel
* Bobcat Usage by Harper Construction
* Landscape Plan by Andy Craine
NOW, we need our school community!
Wheelbarrows | Weedeaters | Rakes | Shovels | Blowers | Brooms | Limb Pruners| Yard Garbage Bags | Utility Trailers
and of course MANPOWER!
Come ready to spread mulch, remove dead plants, trim dead limbs from trees, weed-eat along road sides and buildings, plant new plants, clean up and haul away trash and debris.

Can’t make it either day???
Well as much as we wish you could, you can also make monetary donations for GAP to purchase new shrubbery, flowers and pine straw.
Please make checks payable to GAP and note “Campus Beautification”. Turn in to your child’s Homeroom Teacher.
