• Our district code for FACTS SIS (Family Portal) is GS-GA.
• Family Portal (ParentWeb) works best on Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Chrome browsers.
• Students – Family Portal is for students also. Just make sure you click on ‘Student’ when you log in. Link for FACTS SIS site: https://gs-ga.client.renweb.com/pwr/
• FACTS has a mobile app for Family Portal called GATEWOOD SCHOOLS app. The app subscription has been pre-paid for all enrolled families. Use of the mobile site is free. Just go to https://a3a.me/gatewoodschools on your mobile device. There are a couple ways in which you can download your school’s GATEWOOD SCHOOLS app:

First-time Users:

1. You must have an email address entered in FACTS SIS. This is usually done as part of the admissions process. You can only set up a FACTS SIS account based on that email address.
2. Click here to access Family Portal.
3. Click on the “Create New Family Portal Account” link.
4. Enter your email address and click the “Create Account” button.
5. Your password information for Family Portal will be emailed to you (check your spam or trash folder if you don’t see it).
6. You can use the links above for subsequent logons or bookmark the logon page in your browser. Please note that we don’t recommend bookmarking any pages past the logon page.

Returning Users:

1. Click here to access Family Portal.
2. Enter your username (usually your email address) and your password.
3. Select either the Parent, Student, or Staff button.
4. Click the Login button.

Forgotten password?

1. Click here to access Family Portal.
2. Click on the “Forgot Username/Password?” link.
3. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.

Updating Family Information in Family Portal

Contact Danielle Hewette to change any information in FACTS Family Portal.

Please note:

• If your email address has not been entered into FACTS you will get an error message. Please use the contact information below and be sure to include your child’s name and grade level.
• If FACTS says that your password has been emailed but you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam email folder.
• Gatewood’s district code for FACTS is GS-GA. To add student email addresses in FACTS, contact Danielle Hewette.

What Can Be Seen in Family Portal?

Depending on your student’s grade level, you can view various information about your child and their progress.

• Parents of all grades should be able to view student demographic information.
• Pre-K2, Pre-K3, Pre-K4 & Kindergarten parents will not be able to view any grading information.
• First through Twelfth grade parents should be able to view all grading information including current progress, report cards (when available), and daily grades.
• There are times when some items are unavailable for viewing. For instance, viewing of schedules is usually turned off during the summer. Report cards are turned off for short periods before new report cards are to be released.

Other problems?

• If FACTS allows you to login but then you are unable to see any information, please see http://www.renweb.com/Internet-Explorer-10.aspx for Internet Explorer 10 and http://www.renweb.com/Windows8.aspx for Windows 8 compatibility.
• To see schedules, click on Student Information then Schedules. Select the desired child from the tabs and then click View Schedule.
• For other problems, please contact Danielle Hewette and include the student’s full name and grade level.
