Notes:
- Multi-child discount calculation: Take a 5% discount from your total for families with 2 students, 10% discount for families with 3 students, or 15% discount for families with 4 students.
- Changing Tuition Plans: One may not change from Plan A to Plan B. However, arrangements to convert from Plan B to Plan A can be made with the business manager.
- Annual Technology Fees of $120 per year are included within tuition this year for K – 12 rates.
- Plan C: Parents desiring to pay tuition in full receive a 2.5% discount off of total tuition. The intent to pay-in-full must be made upon submission of the contract, and the total balance for the year must be paid by February 15, 2024 (Plan A) or June 15, 2024 (Plan B).

After School Program
Students in grades K2 through 5th grade are eligible to attend After School Care at Gatewood. After school care runs from 3:00 – 5:30.
Preschool students are segregated from lower school students per childcare regulations. Gatewood is exempt from Bright from the Start oversight, but we do follow the same policy and procedures and have oversight from accrediting organizations.
Families must choose one of the following programs for the entire school year:
- Convenience – Drop-In Fees: $20 per day/first child; $10 per day/for each additional child OR
- Year Long Fees (Charges monthly regardless of use): 1 child $200 per month; 2 children $250 per month; 3 children $300 per month
- Additional children are free.
